Management Review<\/cite> und die Boston Consulting Group (BCG) haben ein internationales Gremium aus KI-Experten zusammengestellt, dem Akademiker und Praktiker angeh\u00f6ren, um uns zu helfen, zu verstehen, wie verantwortungsvolle k\u00fcnstliche Intelligenz (RAI) in Organisationen weltweit implementiert wird. <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/ai-explainability-how-to-avoid-rubber-stamping-recommendations\">aktuellster Artikel<\/a>haben wir den Zusammenhang zwischen Erkl\u00e4rbarkeit und menschlicher Kontrolle bei der Rechenschaftspflicht von KI-Systemen untersucht. <em>Agentische KI<\/em> bezieht sich im Allgemeinen auf KI-Systeme, die in der Lage sind, Ziele autonom zu verfolgen, indem sie ohne st\u00e4ndige menschliche Aufsicht Entscheidungen treffen, Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen und sich an dynamische Umgebungen anpassen. <a href=\"https:\/\/aiagentindex.mit.edu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">KI-Agentenindex des MIT<\/a>Trotz begrenzter Transparenz \u00fcber ihre technischen Komponenten, Verwendungszwecke und Sicherheit nimmt der Einsatz dieser Systeme in Bereichen wie Softwareentwicklung und Kundendienst zu. <\/p>\n<p>Angesichts der offensichtlichen Governance-L\u00fccke haben wir unser Gremium gebeten, auf die folgende Provokation zu reagieren: <em>Um die Agenten-KI f\u00fcr ihre Entscheidungen und Handlungen zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen, sind neue Managementans\u00e4tze erforderlich<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Im Folgenden teilen wir die Erkenntnisse unserer Diskussionsteilnehmer und st\u00fctzen uns auf unsere eigene RAI-Erfahrung, um zu empfehlen, wie Unternehmen neue Managementans\u00e4tze einf\u00fchren oder ihre bestehenden \u00fcberdenken k\u00f6nnen, um die Verantwortlichkeit und Aufsicht \u00fcber agentenbasierte KI-Systeme und eine zunehmend hybride Mensch-KI-Belegschaft zu verbessern.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout-highlight callout-highlight--transparent\">\n<aside class=\"l-content-wrap\">\n<article>\n<h4>Um die Agenten-KI f\u00fcr ihre Entscheidungen und Handlungen zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen, sind neue Managementans\u00e4tze erforderlich.<\/h4>\n<p class=\"caption mb30\">W\u00e4hrend eine klare Mehrheit (fast 70 %) unserer Diskussionsteilnehmer dieser Aussage voll und ganz zustimmt oder zustimmt, traditionelle Managementmodelle in Frage.<\/strong> Die Mehrheit unserer Experten ist der Ansicht, dass die agentische KI aufgrund ihrer h\u00f6heren Autonomie und Komplexit\u00e4t im Vergleich zu fr\u00fcheren Technologien neue Managementans\u00e4tze erfordert. <\/p>\n<p>Unsere Experten weisen au\u00dferdem darauf hin, dass die \u00fcbermenschliche Geschwindigkeit und das Ausma\u00df der Agenten-KI besonders st\u00f6rend sind.  <\/p>\n<p>Tshilidzi Marwala von der Universit\u00e4t der Vereinten Nationen stimmt zu, dass \u201eagentische KI aufgrund ihrer autonomen Entscheidungsfindung, ihres adaptiven Lernens und ihrer Hochgeschwindigkeitsoperationen f\u00fcr traditionelle Managementmodelle \u2013 die f\u00fcr menschliches Handeln geschaffen wurden \u2013 schwer zu handhaben ist.\u201c <\/p>\n<p>Angesichts dieser Herausforderungen fordern mehrere Diskussionsteilnehmer eine kontinuierliche, iterative \u00dcberwachung. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Agentische KI erfordert, dass wir die Beziehung zwischen Mensch und Maschine \u00fcberdenken.<\/strong> \u00dcber die technische Aufsicht hinaus erfordert die Verwaltung der Agenten-KI auch Klarheit \u00fcber die Beziehung zwischen Menschen und KI-Agenten. <\/p>\n\n<p>Unsere Experten betonen au\u00dferdem, dass jeder die Verantwortung \u00fcberdenken muss, da KI-Agenten keine Menschen sind \u2013 was bedeutet, dass wir sie noch nicht auf die gleiche Weise zur Verantwortung ziehen k\u00f6nnen.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Letztlich geht es darum, Menschen und nicht die KI zur Rechenschaft zu ziehen.<\/strong> Nicht alle sind sich einig, dass die Agenten-KI neue Managementmodelle erfordert.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Auch andere halten Forderungen nach neuen Managementmodellen f\u00fcr fehl am Platz.<\/p>\n<h3>Empfehlungen<\/h3>\n<p>Zusammenfassend bieten wir die folgenden Empfehlungen f\u00fcr Organisationen, die die Rechenschaftspflicht gegen\u00fcber Agenten-KI-Systemen verbessern m\u00f6chten:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Einf\u00fchrung lebenszyklusbasierter Managementans\u00e4tze.<\/strong> Agentische KI ist schnell, komplex und dynamisch.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Integrieren Sie die menschliche Rechenschaftspflicht in die KI-Governancestrukturen.<\/strong> Entwerfen Sie Management-Frameworks, um sowohl dem menschlichen Manager als auch dem Agenten-KI-System in jeder Phase des KI-Lebenszyklus explizit bestimmte Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten zuzuweisen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Erm\u00f6glichen Sie KI-gest\u00fctzte Entscheidungen unter definierten Umst\u00e4nden.<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend die menschliche Aufsicht unerl\u00e4sslich ist, sto\u00dfen die Eigenschaften der Agenten-KI an ihre Grenzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Bereiten Sie sich auf eine Agenten-KI vor, die andere KI-Systeme erstellt.<\/strong> Wenn KI-Systeme, die von anderen KI-Systemen autonom entwickelt oder ge\u00e4ndert wurden, nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, kann dies zu einer erheblichen Sichtbarkeitsl\u00fccke in einer Organisation f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.
