<\/p>   <p>Das unabh\u00e4ngige Forschungsunternehmen Rystad Energy hat gesch\u00e4tzt, dass es \u00fcber einen Zeitraum von mehr als einem Jahrzehnt 183 Milliarden US-Dollar kosten w\u00fcrde, um die venezolanische \u00d6lproduktion wieder auf das Niveau der 1990er-Jahre zu bringen, was einer mehr als dreifachen Steigerung gegen\u00fcber der derzeitigen Rate von weniger als 1 Million Barrel pro Tag entspricht.<\/p>   <aside id=\"ad-backstage-wrap\" class=\"ad-wrap backstage\" aria-label=\"Anzeige\">\n    \n\n    \n\n\n    \n<\/aside>\n   <p>Und Unternehmen z\u00f6gern m\u00f6glicherweise, sich zu beeilen \u2013 oder besser gesagt, sich zu beeilen <em>zur\u00fcck <\/em>in. target=\"_blank\">befahl Venezuela<\/a> Exxon und Conoco zu erstatten, eine Rechnung, die gr\u00f6\u00dftenteils unbezahlt bleibt.<\/p>   <p>Venezuelas einst bl\u00fchende \u00d6lfelder werden von Stromausf\u00e4llen, korrodierten Pipelines und gestohlener Ausr\u00fcstung heimgesucht. <em>profitieren <\/em>von den enormen Investitionen, die zur Steigerung der Produktion erforderlich sind?<\/p>   <p>Bisher haben die gro\u00dfen \u00d6lkonzerne nicht \u00f6ffentlich bekannt gegeben, was sie vorhaben, und wollten sich zu dieser Geschichte nicht \u00e4u\u00dfern.<\/p>   <p>Analysten sagen jedoch, dass die Unternehmen pr\u00fcfen m\u00fcssen, ob sich die politische Situation in Venezuela so stabilisieren wird, dass sie wieder bereit w\u00e4ren, Milliarden von Dollar f\u00fcr langfristige Projekte bereitzustellen.<\/p>   <h3 class=\"edTag\">\u00d6lschwemme und niedrige Preise\u00a0<\/h3>   <p>Ein wichtiger Faktor bei der mathematischen Aufgabe ist, dass die Welt derzeit mehr \u00d6l produziert, als sie ben\u00f6tigt.<\/p>   <aside id=\"ad-secondary-wrap\" class=\"ad-wrap secondary\" aria-label=\"Anzeige\">\n    \n\n    \n\n\n    \n<\/aside>\n   <p>\u201eWenn das nach viel klingt\u201c, sagt Book, \u201eist es das auch.\u201c<\/p>   <p>Und weil es auf der Welt ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes \u00d6langebot als Nachfrage gibt, sind die globalen Roh\u00f6lpreise recht niedrig;<\/p>   <p>Laut Claudio Galimberti, dem Chef\u00f6konomen von Rystad Energy, liegt der Breakeven-Preis f\u00fcr Projekte in Venezuela, die einen Gewinn erwirtschaften, eher bei 80 US-Dollar.<\/p>   <p>\u201eDiese Unternehmen w\u00fcrden nicht dorthin gehen, wenn sie w\u00fcssten, dass die Gewinnschwelle bei 80 US-Dollar pro Barrel liegt und dass die \u00d6lpreise in den n\u00e4chsten zwei, drei, vier Jahren voraussichtlich zwischen 60 und 70 US-Dollar pro Barrel bleiben werden\u201c, sagt Galimberti.<\/p>   <p>Unternehmen haben in den letzten Jahren bei ihren
