Einige bef\u00fcrchten Gegenreaktionen oder w\u00fcrden es vorziehen, das zu vermeiden, was oft als parteipolitisches Thema dargestellt wird. Aufbauend auf unserer Forschung zu Macht, Demokratie und Wandel in Organisationen und Gesellschaft argumentieren wir, dass Unternehmensf\u00fchrer eine wesentliche Rolle beim Schutz und der St\u00e4rkung der Demokratie spielen k\u00f6nnen. Diese Systeme bieten die Art von Vorhersagbarkeit, die M\u00e4rkte ben\u00f6tigen, um effizient zu funktionieren.
