Die Fristen und Verfahren im Zusammenhang mit der Teilnahme interessierter Parteien an der Untersuchung sind in der vom CITT ver\u00f6ffentlichten Mitteilung \u00fcber die Einleitung einer Schutzma\u00dfnahmenuntersuchung festgelegt, die dem Ausschuss vorgelegt und auf der <\/span>CITT-Website<\/span><\/a>verf\u00fcgbar ist. Importeure, Exporteure und andere interessierte Parteien k\u00f6nnen w\u00e4hrend der Untersuchung bis zur und w\u00e4hrend der vom CITT abzuhaltenden Anh\u00f6rung Beweise und ihre Ansichten vorlegen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das CITT wird am 15. Mai 2026 Frageb\u00f6gen an inl\u00e4ndische Hersteller, Importeure und ausl\u00e4ndische Hersteller der betroffenen Produkte versenden, um relevante statistische und andere Informationen anzufordern. Antworten auf die Frageb\u00f6gen m\u00fcssen sp\u00e4testens am 5. Juni 2026 eingereicht werden. Interessierte Parteien k\u00f6nnen auch gem\u00e4\u00df dem vom CITT festgelegten Zeitplan Schrifts\u00e4tze und Erwiderungen einreichen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Interessierte Parteien, die als Partei an der Untersuchung teilnehmen m\u00f6chten, m\u00fcssen eine <\/span>Teilnahmemitteilung<\/span><\/a> beim CITT bis zum 15. Mai 2026. Jeder Rechtsbeistand, der beabsichtigt, eine Partei in der Untersuchung zu vertreten, muss eine <\/span>Vertretungsmitteilung<\/span><\/a>sowie eine <\/span>Erkl\u00e4rung und Verpflichtungserkl\u00e4rung<\/span><\/a>beim Tribunal bis sp\u00e4testens 15. Mai 2026 einreichen. Diese Frist ist strikt einzuhalten. Nach Ablauf der Frist eingereichte Teilnahmeerkl\u00e4rungen werden nur in nachweislich au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Umst\u00e4nden und mit Genehmigung des CITT akzeptiert.<\/span><\/p>\n

Das CITT wird ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 Anh\u00f6rungen zu dieser Schutzma\u00dfnahmenuntersuchung abhalten. Das Tribunal beabsichtigt, eine hybride Anh\u00f6rung durchzuf\u00fchren, sowohl pers\u00f6nlich als auch per Videokonferenz.<\/span>“<\/p>\n

Was ist eine Schutzuntersuchung?<\/h2>\n

Bei einer Schutzma\u00dfnahmenuntersuchung soll festgestellt werden, ob erh\u00f6hte Importe eines Produkts einer inl\u00e4ndischen Industrie einen ernsthaften Schaden zuf\u00fcgen oder zu verursachen drohen. <\/p>\n

W\u00e4hrend einer Schutzma\u00dfnahmenuntersuchung k\u00f6nnen Importeure, Exporteure und andere interessierte Parteien Beweise und Ansichten vorlegen und auf die Pr\u00e4sentationen anderer Parteien antworten. <\/p>\n

Ein WTO-Mitglied kann nur dann eine Schutzma\u00dfnahme ergreifen (d. h. die Einfuhr eines Produkts vor\u00fcbergehend beschr\u00e4nken), wenn festgestellt wird, dass die erh\u00f6hten Einfuhren des Produkts einen ernsthaften Schaden verursachen oder zu verursachen drohen.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
