Es bringt Regierungen, den Privatsektor und internationale Partner zusammen, um zu verbessern, wie regulatorische Informationen in Sektoren, die von gesundheitspolizeilichen und pflanzenschutzrechtlichen (SPS) Ma\u00dfnahmen und technischen Handelshemmnissen (TBT) betroffen sind, geteilt, abgerufen und genutzt werden.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Im Kern zielt die Initiative darauf ab, die Nutzung der <a href=\"https:\/\/eping.wto.org\/\">ePing SPS &amp; TBT Platform<\/a> zu verbessern, um die Transparenz f\u00fcr den Marktzugang zu erh\u00f6hen, mit einem starken Fokus auf die Sensibilisierung f\u00fcr die Plattform, insbesondere in den f\u00fcnf afrikanischen L\u00e4ndern, in denen nationale Workshops stattfinden werden. Diese Workshops vor Ort sollen die praktische Nutzung von ePing bei Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rden, Auskunftsstellen, Exporteuren, Handelsverb\u00e4nden und anderen Interessengruppen st\u00e4rken, die auf zeitnahe regulatorische Informationen angewiesen sind, um Zugang zu M\u00e4rkten zu erhalten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>&#8220;Rechtzeitiger Zugang zu regulatorischen Informationen ist f\u00fcr den Handel unerl\u00e4sslich,&#8221; sagte Vize-Generaldirektor Jean-Marie Paugam. &#8220;Mit der Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Verbesserung der Nutzung von ePing vor Ort und die Aufwertung der Plattform auf der Grundlage von Nutzerfeedback H\u00e4ndlern \u2013 insbesondere kleinen und mittleren Unternehmen \u2013 helfen, kostspielige \u00dcberraschungen an der Grenze zu vermeiden und Marktzugangsm\u00f6glichkeiten besser zu nutzen.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Regierungen weltweit f\u00fchren weiterhin Vorschriften zu Lebensmittelsicherheit, Tier- und Pflanzengesundheit, Produktqualit\u00e4t und technischen Standards ein und \u00fcberarbeiten sie. Den \u00dcberblick \u00fcber diese \u00c4nderungen zu behalten, kann eine Herausforderung sein, insbesondere f\u00fcr Exporteure, die in mehreren M\u00e4rkten t\u00e4tig sind. ePing, ein von der WTO, dem Internationalen Handelszentrum (ITC) und der Hauptabteilung Wirtschaftliche und Soziale Angelegenheiten der Vereinten Nationen (UNDESA) entwickeltes Tool, hilft, diese Herausforderung zu bew\u00e4ltigen. ePing ist eine kostenlose, globale Plattform, die es Nutzern erm\u00f6glicht, notifizierte Entw\u00fcrfe von SPS- und TBT-Ma\u00dfnahmen in Echtzeit zu verfolgen, ma\u00dfgeschneiderte E-Mail-Benachrichtigungen zu erhalten und mit Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rden in Kontakt zu treten, bevor neue Anforderungen in Kraft treten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Die Dringlichkeit, die Nutzung von ePing zu st\u00e4rken, wird durch das wachsende Volumen regulatorischer Aktivit\u00e4ten unterstrichen. Im Jahr 2025 wurden weltweit mehr als 7.000 SPS- und TBT-Notifikationen herausgegeben, die h\u00f6chste jemals verzeichnete Zahl, wobei afrikanische Mitglieder einen zunehmenden Anteil ausmachen. Da die Notifikationen weiter zunehmen, k\u00f6nnen fehlende oder versp\u00e4tete Informationen zu abgelehnten Exporten, Compliance-Kosten und verlorenen Marktchancen f\u00fchren. Die effektive Nutzung von ePing kann dazu beitragen, diese Risiken zu mindern, indem sie die Transparenz verbessert und einen fr\u00fchzeitigen Dialog im Inland und mit Handelspartnern erleichtert.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Nationale und regionale Workshops bilden eine zentrale S\u00e4ule der Projektumsetzung. Diese Workshops werden praktische Schulungen, Erfahrungsaustausch und Bedarfsermittlungssitzungen kombinieren, um besser zu verstehen, wie verschiedene Nutzer mit ePing interagieren. Die Workshops werden auch auf Synergien mit anderen Projekten und Tools internationaler Partner aufbauen, wie zum Beispiel <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.intracen.org\/resources\/tools\/global-trade-helpdesk\"><span>ITC&#8217;s global trade helpdesk<\/span><\/a><span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Die Workshops werden strukturiertes Feedback von Nutzern zu den Herausforderungen sammeln, denen sie bei der Navigation durch gro\u00dfe Mengen von Notifikationen und der Identifizierung der f\u00fcr sie wichtigsten Informationen gegen\u00fcberstehen. Dieses Feedback, erg\u00e4nzt durch eine Umfrage unter allen WTO-Mitgliedern, wird direkt in technologische und funktionale Verbesserungen der ePing-Plattform einflie\u00dfen, mit dem Ziel, sie intuitiver, reaktionsschneller und benutzerfreundlicher zu gestalten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Die Projektumsetzung baut auf der Dynamik auf, die bei einer <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/english\/news_e\/news25_e\/tech_10dec25_244_e.htm\"><span>regionalen Auftaktveranstaltung in Nairobi im Dezember 2025<\/span><\/a><span> entstanden ist, die die Rolle digitaler Instrumente bei der Unterst\u00fctzung regulatorischer Transparenz hervorhob. Die Aktivit\u00e4ten gehen nun in eine nationale Phase \u00fcber, beginnend mit einem Workshop in Arusha, Tansania, vom 28. bis 30.
