Der Ausschuss verabschiedete seine Gesch\u00e4ftsordnung,<\/a> <\/span>die Vorlage f\u00fcr seine\u00a0kommentierte Tagesordnung<\/a> der Sitzungen und ein Beschluss<\/a> \u00fcber die elektronische \u00dcbermittlung der Notifikationen der Mitglieder. Sie gew\u00e4hrte au\u00dferdem der Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Landwirtschaftsorganisation der Vereinten Nationen den Status eines st\u00e4ndigen Beobachters.<\/a><\/p>\n

Der Ausschuss f\u00fcr Fischereisubventionen w<\/span>wurde eingerichtet, um die Umsetzung des \u00dcbereinkommens \u00fcber Fischereisubventionen zu \u00fcberwachen und zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, einen regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Dialog \u00fcber Angelegenheiten im Zusammenhang mit seiner Durchf\u00fchrung zu f\u00fchren und die Transparenz der gem\u00e4\u00df dem \u00dcbereinkommen erforderlichen Notifikationen und Informationen zu erh\u00f6hen. <\/span>gem\u00e4\u00df dem \u00dcbereinkommen. <\/span>Die Das \u00dcbereinkommen trat am 15. Transparenz\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Die Vorsitzende des Ausschusses, Ana Laura Lizano aus Costa Rica, stellte fest, dass 12 WTO-Mitglieder ihre ersten Notifikationen zu den jeweiligen regionalen Fischereiorganisationen\/-vereinbarungen (RFMO\/A), denen sie angeh\u00f6ren, eingereicht haben. Sie ermutigte alle Mitglieder, ihre Notifikationen so bald wie m\u00f6glich einzureichen, auch zu anderen Anforderungen des \u00dcbereinkommens.<\/p>\n

Generaldirektorin Okonjo-Iweala lobte die Mitglieder, die bereits notifiziert haben, und sagte: \u201eBei uns dreht sich alles um Transparenz f\u00fcr die effektive Arbeitsweise der WTO-Aussch\u00fcsse, und dieser Ausschuss wird keine Ausnahme sein. Ich \u00a0<\/span>hoffe, dass die Mitglieder ihre Anstrengungen verdoppeln und in diesem Ausschuss ein Beispiel f\u00fcr die WTO geben werden.\u201c<\/p>\n

Bislang haben 119 WTO-Mitglieder das \u00dcbereinkommen \u00fcber Fischereisubventionen formell angenommen. Die letzten Mitglieder, die ihre Annahmeurkunden hinterlegt haben, waren Paraguay, Samoa und St. Vincent und die Grenadinen am 26.
