Aber k\u00fcrzlich habe ich das Feedback bekommen, dass ich \u201enicht genug eine vision\u00e4re F\u00fchrungskraft\u201c bin. Was \u00fcbersehe ich?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In den meisten F\u00e4llen haben F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die dieses Feedback erhalten, durchaus eine Vision. Wenn jemand jahrzehntelange Branchenerfahrung und umfangreiches Organisationswissen hat, liegt das Problem selten an einem Mangel an strategischem Denken. Vielmehr fehlt es typischerweise an sichtbarer strategischer Signalisierung. Sie denken vielleicht wie ein Vision\u00e4r, aber Sie zeigen es nicht.<\/p>\n<p>Vorst\u00e4nde und Bef\u00f6rderungskomitees sind keine Gedankenleser. Sie haben m\u00f6glicherweise nicht eng genug mit Ihnen zusammengearbeitet, um Ihre Denkweise zu verstehen, und sie k\u00f6nnen Ihr zuk\u00fcnftiges Potenzial nicht basierend auf dem bewerten, was in Ihrem Kopf vorgeht.
