{"id":7823,"date":"2026-06-10T01:08:49","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T17:08:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/moresourcing.com\/ffm_09jun26_410_e-htm\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T01:08:49","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T17:08:49","slug":"ffm_09jun26_410_e-htm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/moresourcing.com\/de\/ffm_09jun26_410_e-htm\/","title":{"rendered":"WTO |"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"mainContent\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Gem\u00e4\u00df dem \u00dcbereinkommen \u00fcber Fischereisubventionen ist ein WTO-Mitglied, das Vertragspartei des \u00dcbereinkommens ist, verpflichtet, unter anderem seine Mitgliedschaft in einer regionalen Fischereiorganisation oder -vereinbarung (RFMO\/A) zu melden, einschlie\u00dflich Informationen \u00fcber die Gebiete und Arten, die in die Zust\u00e4ndigkeit der RFMO\/A fallen, den Status der bewirtschafteten Fischbest\u00e4nde, die Erhaltungs- und Bewirtschaftungsma\u00dfnahmen im Rahmen der RFMO\/A sowie alle Listen von Schiffen und\/oder Betreibern, bei denen die RFMO\/A festgestellt hat, dass sie illegale, ungemeldete und unregulierte Fischerei betrieben haben.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Der Workshop in Nuku&#8217;alofa brachte wichtige Regierungsvertreter zusammen und legte den Grundstein f\u00fcr die beh\u00f6rden\u00fcbergreifende Koordinierung von Notifikationen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">WTO-Generaldirektorin Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala sagte: &#8220;Transparenz ist der Schl\u00fcssel, um das \u00dcbereinkommen \u00fcber Fischereisubventionen in greifbare Vorteile f\u00fcr die Weltmeere und die Menschen, die von ihnen abh\u00e4ngen, zu verwandeln. Tongas Notifikation ist ein ermutigendes Beispiel daf\u00fcr, wie der WTO-Fischfonds Entwicklungs- und am wenigsten entwickelten Mitgliedern hilft, die f\u00fcr die Umsetzung des \u00dcbereinkommens erforderlichen Kapazit\u00e4ten aufzubauen und zu nachhaltigeren Fischereien beizutragen.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Tonga hat am 15. September 2025 seine Annahmeurkunde zum \u00dcbereinkommen \u00fcber Fischereisubventionen hinterlegt und profitiert derzeit von einem Projektvorbereitungszuschuss des Fischfonds zur Unterst\u00fctzung der Umsetzung. Der Zuschuss endet im September 2026 mit der Vorlage einer Bedarfsanalyse und eines Vorschlags f\u00fcr weitere gezielte Unterst\u00fctzung.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Der CEO des Fischereiministeriums der Regierung von Tonga, Sione Vailala Matoto, sagte: &#8220;Die Einreichung der ersten Notifikation Tongas im Rahmen des WTO-\u00dcbereinkommens \u00fcber Fischereisubventionen markiert einen wichtigen Meilenstein in unseren Umsetzungsbem\u00fchungen. Wir sind dankbar f\u00fcr die Unterst\u00fctzung des WTO-Finanzierungsmechanismus, des &#8222;Fischfonds&#8220;, der es Tonga erm\u00f6glicht hat, einen nationalen Workshop durchzuf\u00fchren und das erste Fischereisubventionsinventar Tongas zu entwickeln, wodurch unsere F\u00e4higkeit gest\u00e4rkt wird, unsere WTO-Verpflichtungen zu erf\u00fcllen und ein nachhaltiges Fischereimanagement zu f\u00f6rdern.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Der Fischfonds wurde unter gegr\u00fcndet\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/english\/tratop_e\/rulesneg_e\/fish_e\/fish_factsheet_e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Artikel 7 des Abkommens \u00fcber Fischereisubventionen<\/a> gezielte technische Hilfe und Kapazit\u00e4tsaufbau zu leisten, um Entwicklungs- und LDC-Mitgliedern bei der Umsetzung des \u00dcbereinkommens zu helfen. Der Fonds ist bei der WTO angesiedelt und arbeitet mit der Ern\u00e4hrungs- und Landwirtschaftsorganisation der Vereinten Nationen (FAO), dem Internationalen Fonds f\u00fcr landwirtschaftliche Entwicklung (IFAD) und der Weltbankgruppe zusammen.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Die zweite Aufforderung zur Einreichung von Vorschl\u00e4gen des Fonds endete am 8. Mai, und neu genehmigte Zusch\u00fcsse werden voraussichtlich im Juli 2026 bekannt gegeben. Bisher haben die Gesamtbeitr\u00e4ge und Zusagen zum WTO-Fischfonds von 18 Mitgliedern 15,7 Millionen CHF erreicht, was mehr als 20 Millionen USD entspricht. Die beitragenden Mitglieder sind Australien, Kanada, die Europ\u00e4ische Union, Finnland, Frankreich, Deutschland, Island, Japan, die Republik Korea, Liechtenstein, die Niederlande, Neuseeland,
