Sie variiert je nach Region, Kultur, Sektor und Branche. Aber als eine Reihe von Normen zur Unterscheidung von erw\u00fcnschtem (\u201eprofessionellem\u201c) von unerw\u00fcnschtem (\u201eunprofessionellem\u201c) Verhalten geht es bei Professionalit\u00e4t <em>im Kern<\/em> darum, einige zum Wohle des Ganzen auszuschlie\u00dfen. Schlecht definiert kann Professionalit\u00e4t jedoch Teams spalten und ablenken, aktive Diskriminierung systematisieren und sch\u00e4dliches Verhalten herabsetzen \u2013 oder sogar f\u00f6rdern.<\/p>\n<p>Als Organisationsberaterin, F\u00fchrungsberaterin und Analystin von Arbeitsplatzsystemen habe ich gelernt, dass der Schl\u00fcssel zur Etablierung einer funktionierenden Professionalit\u00e4t darin liegt, aktiv Normen und Standards f\u00fcr Ihre spezifische Organisation zu definieren. Viel zu viele F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte ignorieren ihre eigene F\u00e4higkeit, zu gestalten, was Professionalit\u00e4t bedeutet, und verfallen in \u201ewie wir es schon immer gemacht haben\u201c, anstatt zu hinterfragen, welche Normen tats\u00e4chlich am besten f\u00fcr ihre Mitarbeiter w\u00e4ren. Infolgedessen ist Professionalit\u00e4t am Arbeitsplatz oft eine gemischte Sache: Normen, die Kompetenz und F\u00e4higkeiten signalisieren, neben veralteten Normen, die unbeabsichtigt einige Teammitglieder benachteiligen k\u00f6nnen.
