atravesando una importante transformaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica y experimentando una variabilidad significativa en las respuestas de los empleados a una iniciativa de cambio destinada a fomentar una cultura m\u00e1s innovadora.<\/p>\n<h3>Por qu\u00e9 el cambio organizacional es tan desafiante<\/h3>\n<p>Aunque los l\u00edderes suelen poner mucho \u00e9nfasis en la comunicaci\u00f3n en torno al cambio, rara vez es posible articular con precisi\u00f3n lo que est\u00e1 por venir, dado que lo que est\u00e1 por venir ser\u00e1 un territorio desconocido.<\/p>\n<p>El \u00faltimo punto (motivar a los empleados) se complica por la tendencia de los individuos a protegerse cuando el cambio est\u00e1 en el aire.<\/p>\n<p>Esta respuesta a la ambig\u00fcedad se origina en lo profundo del cerebro de los gerentes pod\u00edan tener un impacto profundo en la ejecuci\u00f3n exitosa del cambio y ayudar a su equipo a aceptarlo, vimos adem\u00e1s que un factor diferenciador era la atenci\u00f3n plena, es decir, la capacidad de centrarse intencionalmente en la experiencia del momento actual en lugar del pasado o el futuro.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-ad ad-300  ad-300x600 ad-desktop\">\n<\/aside>\n<aside class=\"article-ad ad-300  ad-300x250 ad-mobile\">\n<\/aside>\n<h3>Atenci\u00f3n consciente<\/h3>\n<p>El n\u00facleo de la pr\u00e1ctica de la atenci\u00f3n plena es cultivar la capacidad de centrar la atenci\u00f3n en el momento presente.<\/p>\n<p>En medio de los objetivos ambiguos del cambio estrat\u00e9gico, vimos que los gerentes que exhiben niveles m\u00e1s altos de atenci\u00f3n consciente pueden enfrentar mejor el desaf\u00edo del momento con una postura abierta e inquisitiva y una voluntad de asumir riesgos.<\/p>\n<p>En esencia, un gerente que exhibe habilidades de atenci\u00f3n consciente sabe c\u00f3mo permanecer enfocado en el momento presente, gestionar sus emociones de manera m\u00e1s efectiva y encontrar formas de adaptarse al cambio.<\/p>\n<h3>Implicaciones de la atenci\u00f3n consciente para los equipos<\/h3>\n<p>La adopci\u00f3n por parte de los gerentes de un enfoque m\u00e1s exploratorio del cambio puede influir positivamente en los miembros del equipo, quienes normalmente recurren a sus gerentes para discernir qu\u00e9 creencias, emociones y comportamientos son aceptables y cu\u00e1les no.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout-pullquote callout-pullquote--no-quote\" data-aos-duration=\"900\" data-aos-anchor-placement=\"bottom-bottom\" data-aos-easing=\"ease-out-back\" data-aos=\"fade-new-left\">\n<p class=\"callout-pullquote__quote\">\n\t\t\t\t\tAl adoptar comportamientos m\u00e1s experimentales, los equipos perfeccionan su capacidad grupal para aprender y adaptarse.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos pr\u00e1cticos, la experimentaci\u00f3n resulta inmediatamente ventajosa para los equipos que se enfrentan a un cambio estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>\n<p>Estos peque\u00f1os logros mejoran la implementaci\u00f3n de un cambio estrat\u00e9gico porque informan a las personas sobre los beneficios potenciales, aumentando as\u00ed la confianza y disminuyendo la incomodidad con el cambio.<\/p>\n<h3>Equipar a los gerentes con herramientas de atenci\u00f3n plena<\/h3>\n<p>La simple pr\u00e1ctica de cultivar la atenci\u00f3n plena,
