disturbios civiles y los ciclos de noticias virales se desarrollan en tiempo real, las fronteras entre el mundo exterior y el lugar de trabajo son cada vez m\u00e1s porosas. <\/p>\n<p>\u00bfLa conclusi\u00f3n para los l\u00edderes?<\/p>\n<p>Entrevistamos a 15 gerentes (tres de cada uno del Reino Unido, Francia, Chile, Sud\u00e1frica y Turqu\u00eda) durante per\u00edodos de intensa disrupci\u00f3n y aprendimos que la turbulencia sostenida puede dejar profundas huellas psicol\u00f3gicas y operativas dentro de las organizaciones.<a id=\"reflink1\" class=\"reflink\" href=\"#ref1\">1<\/a> Para profundizar nuestra comprensi\u00f3n de la experiencia de los empleados, tambi\u00e9n colaboramos con cinco o seis miembros del equipo en cada regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>En
