IA est\u00e1 retrasada en algunas industrias no tecnol\u00f3gicas?<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"smr-leadin\">No pasa un d\u00eda sin<\/span> Se publica otro art\u00edculo sobre c\u00f3mo la IA podr\u00eda alterar otro aspecto m\u00e1s de nuestra vida empresarial o personal. <\/p>\n<p>Muchos ejemplos de adopci\u00f3n temprana exitosa de inteligencia artificial tienden a provenir de un peque\u00f1o grupo de industrias que est\u00e1n fuertemente digitalizadas o son pro-tecnolog\u00eda. <\/p>\n<p>Tomemos el ejemplo de las industrias de servicios esenciales y especializados, como la construcci\u00f3n, la miner\u00eda o la gesti\u00f3n de residuos.<\/p>\n<p>Los l\u00edderes de estas industrias a menudo asumen que tienen procesos estables que les han funcionado bien durante d\u00e9cadas.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s de haber pasado m\u00e1s de 15 a\u00f1os ayudando a docenas de industrias a adoptar la IA, tengo curiosidad por estudiar qu\u00e9 distingue a los dos grupos de l\u00edderes y los niveles bastante diferentes de adopci\u00f3n de la IA que logran.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed compartir\u00e9 cu\u00e1l es la ra\u00edz del desaf\u00edo del liderazgo y c\u00f3mo los l\u00edderes de industrias que han sido conservadoras respecto de la IA pueden orquestar cambios significativos.<\/p>\n<h3>Por qu\u00e9 la adopci\u00f3n de la IA se retrasa en algunas industrias<\/h3>\n<p>Mi experiencia en el campo se\u00f1ala tres factores predominantes que impiden que algunas industrias avancen con la inteligencia artificial.<\/p>\n<h4>1. La IA parece inaccesible y aterradora.<\/h4>\n<p>Cuando no puedes comprender algo, empiezas a desarrollarle miedo.<\/p>\n<p>Esto es exactamente lo que est\u00e1 sucediendo con la IA cuando se trata de la mayor\u00eda de los usuarios tard\u00edos tanto en el sector p\u00fablico como en el privado.<\/p>\n<p>Las c\u00e1maras habilitadas con IA orientadas al conductor en veh\u00edculos de carga son un ejemplo de ello. <a href=\"https:\/\/truckingresearch.org\/2023\/04\/new-atri-research-identifies-strategies-for-improving-driver-facing-camera-approval-and-utilization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">informe del Instituto Americano de Investigaci\u00f3n del Transporte<\/a> muestra que la aprobaci\u00f3n de las c\u00e1maras orientadas al conductor por parte de los camioneros tiende a ser baja: s\u00f3lo 2,24, en promedio, en una escala de 0 a 10 entre 650 usuarios actuales de toda la industria.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Los beneficios de la IA realmente no parecen valer la pena.<\/h4>\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de los evangelistas y l\u00edderes tecnol\u00f3gicos cometen el error de comunicar el valor de la IA en la moneda equivocada.<\/p>\n<p>En un 2025 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deloitte.com\/se\/sv\/Industries\/technology\/perspectives\/ai-roi-the-paradox-of-rising-investment-and-elusive-returns.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">encuesta ejecutiva realizada por Deloitte<\/a>, aunque el 65% de los l\u00edderes dijeron que la IA es parte de su estrategia corporativa, muchos tambi\u00e9n reconocieron que el retorno de la inversi\u00f3n no es inmediato ni puramente financiero. <\/p>\n<p>Cuando es dif\u00edcil articular resultados comerciales tangibles de la IA para el pr\u00f3ximo trimestre, estas iniciativas luchan por asegurar o mantener el patrocinio y f\u00e1cilmente se les quita prioridad.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-ad ad-300  ad-300x600 ad-desktop\">\n<\/aside>\n<aside class=\"article-ad ad-300  ad-300x250 ad-mobile\">\n<\/aside>\n<h3>Tres pilares para una adopci\u00f3n exitosa de la IA<\/h3>\n<p>\u00bfC\u00f3mo puede usted, como l\u00edder, abordar esos desaf\u00edos y preparar su organizaci\u00f3n para el \u00e9xito?<\/p>\n<h4>1. Utilice analog\u00edas cotidianas para hacer que la IA sea menos amenazante.<\/h4>\n<p>La educaci\u00f3n es un requisito previo para una adopci\u00f3n significativa de la IA.<\/p>\n<p>Ya no estamos en un per\u00edodo en el que hay pocos usos notables de la IA.<\/p>\n<p>Cada uno de estos ejemplos es un ejemplo de IA en funcionamiento.<\/p>\n<p>Este marco tambi\u00e9n permite una discusi\u00f3n m\u00e1s honesta sobre el potencial de la IA y la amenaza a los empleos.<\/p>\n<p>Tomemos el caso de la plataforma de inteligencia artificial Hey Bubba, dise\u00f1ada para propietarios-operadores de camiones y peque\u00f1as empresas de transporte.<\/p>\n<h4>2. Integrar la IA en los sistemas que la gente ya utiliza.<\/h4>\n<p>\u00bfEs m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil renovar una casa o pedirle a la gente que se mude a una nueva con habitaciones, reglas y rutinas desconocidas?<\/p>\n<p>Comience siempre con cambios incrementales en los flujos de trabajo y el software existentes.<\/p>\n<div class=\"callout-pullquote callout-pullquote--no-quote\" data-aos-duration=\"900\" data-aos-anchor-placement=\"bottom-bottom\" data-aos-easing=\"ease-out-back\" data-aos=\"fade-new-left\">\n<p class=\"callout-pullquote__quote\">\n\t\t\t\t\tCuando la IA se encuentra con personas donde ya trabajan, la curiosidad reemplaza a la resistencia.\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Por ejemplo, la mayor\u00eda de los equipos de primera l\u00ednea ya viven dentro de software, como sistemas de facturaci\u00f3n, sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de relaciones con los clientes, herramientas de despacho, software de mantenimiento o registros de seguridad.<\/p>\n<p>Tomemos el caso del mantenimiento de flotas. <\/p>\n<p>Un enfoque eficaz para introducir IA que pueda predecir fallas en los veh\u00edculos, por ejemplo, es integrar la IA directamente en los sistemas de mantenimiento en los que los usuarios ya conf\u00edan. <\/p>\n<h4>3.
