Wijesekara de Sri Lanka, Presidente del Comit\u00e9, facilit\u00f3 las consultas.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">El Presidente se\u00f1al\u00f3 que Estados Unidos hab\u00eda <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.wto.org\/dol2fe\/Pages\/SS\/directdoc.aspx?filename=Q:\/WT\/BOP\/N85-01.pdf&amp;Open=True\">notificado<\/a> a la OMC un recargo temporal del 10% sobre las importaciones en virtud del Art\u00edculo XII del Acuerdo General sobre Aranceles Aduaneros y Comercio (GATT). La medida entr\u00f3 en vigor el 24 de febrero de 2026 y expirar\u00e1 el 24 de julio de 2026, a menos que sea prorrogada por una ley del Congreso.
