commerciaux.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span class=\"smr-leadin\">J'ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 travaill\u00e9 dans une organisation<\/span> o\u00f9 les personnes en d\u00e9saccord avec leurs coll\u00e8gues se rendaient r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement chez leur patron et se plaignaient aupr\u00e8s de leurs pairs plut\u00f4t que de r\u00e9gler le probl\u00e8me directement avec la personne avec laquelle ils avaient le probl\u00e8me. <\/p>\n<p>Nous avons mis fin \u00e0 cette version corporative du jeu t\u00e9l\u00e9phonique en demandant aux managers de coacher les employ\u00e9s pour qu'ils traitent directement avec l'autre personne.<\/p>\n<p>Il ne s\u2019agit pas d\u2019un probl\u00e8me unique et il se produit \u00e0 tous les niveaux. <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/formalize-escalation-procedures-to-improve-decision-making\/\">recherche sur l'efficacit\u00e9 organisationnelle<\/a>, 84 % des dirigeants d\u00e9clarent traiter r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec des homologues qu'ils jugent d\u00e9raisonnables.<\/p>\n<p>Tout comme les conflits peuvent cacher des probl\u00e8mes sous-jacents jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils se transforment en dysfonctionnement organisationnel, les probl\u00e8mes de conception du travail peuvent rester invisibles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils cr\u00e9ent des crises. <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/get-work-back-on-track-with-visual-management\">r\u00e9soudre les probl\u00e8mes du monde plus vaste du travail du savoir<\/a>, o\u00f9 il est plus difficile de \u00ab voir \u00bb le travail et de savoir quand quelque chose ne va pas.<\/p>\n<p>Leur nouveau livre, <cite>Il doit y avoir une meilleure solution\u00a0: comment obtenir des r\u00e9sultats et se d\u00e9barrasser de tout ce qui g\u00eane le travail r\u00e9el<\/cite> (Basic Venture, 2025), r\u00e9pond \u00e0 cela avec un cinqui\u00e8me principe pour \u00ab rendre visible l\u2019invisible \u00bb : visualiser l\u2019\u0153uvre.<\/p>\n<p>La gestion visuelle et les bonnes proc\u00e9dures d'escalade remplissent une fonction similaire\u00a0: faire passer une organisation de la gestion de crise \u00e0 la gestion des probl\u00e8mes, avec une prise de d\u00e9cision et des op\u00e9rations plus efficaces.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"article-ad ad-300  ad-300x250
