{"id":7823,"date":"2026-06-10T01:08:49","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T17:08:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/moresourcing.com\/ffm_09jun26_410_e-htm\/"},"modified":"2026-06-10T01:08:49","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T17:08:49","slug":"ffm_09jun26_410_e-htm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/moresourcing.com\/fr\/ffm_09jun26_410_e-htm\/","title":{"rendered":"OMC |"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<div id=\"mainContent\">\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">En vertu de l'Accord sur les subventions \u00e0 la p\u00eache, un Membre de l'OMC partie \u00e0 l'Accord est tenu de notifier, entre autres, son appartenance \u00e0 toute organisation ou arrangement r\u00e9gional de gestion des p\u00eaches (ORGP\/A), y compris des informations sur les zones et les esp\u00e8ces relevant de la comp\u00e9tence de l'ORGP\/A, l'\u00e9tat des stocks de poissons g\u00e9r\u00e9s, les mesures de conservation et de gestion au titre de l'ORGP\/A, et toute liste de navires et\/ou d'op\u00e9rateurs que l'ORGP\/A a d\u00e9termin\u00e9s comme s'\u00e9tant livr\u00e9s \u00e0 la p\u00eache illicite, non d\u00e9clar\u00e9e et non r\u00e9glement\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">L'atelier \u00e0 Nuku&#8217;alofa a r\u00e9uni des responsables gouvernementaux cl\u00e9s et a jet\u00e9 les bases d'une coordination intergouvernementale sur les notifications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">La Directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l'OMC, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : &#8220;La transparence est au c\u0153ur de la transformation de l'Accord sur les subventions \u00e0 la p\u00eache en avantages tangibles pour les oc\u00e9ans du monde et les personnes qui en d\u00e9pendent. La notification des Tonga est un exemple encourageant de la mani\u00e8re dont le Fonds pour la p\u00eache de l'OMC aide les Membres en d\u00e9veloppement et les PMA \u00e0 renforcer les capacit\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires pour mettre en \u0153uvre l'Accord et contribuer \u00e0 une p\u00eache plus durable.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Les Tonga ont d\u00e9pos\u00e9 leur instrument d'acceptation de l'Accord sur les subventions \u00e0 la p\u00eache le 15 septembre 2025 et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient actuellement d'une subvention de pr\u00e9paration de projet du Fonds pour la p\u00eache pour soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre. La subvention se terminera en septembre 2026 avec la remise d'une \u00e9valuation des besoins et d'une proposition pour un soutien cibl\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span>Le Directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral du Minist\u00e8re des p\u00eaches du gouvernement des Tonga, Sione Vailala Matoto, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : &#8220;La soumission de la premi\u00e8re notification des Tonga au titre de l'Accord de l'OMC sur les subventions \u00e0 la p\u00eache marque une \u00e9tape importante dans nos efforts de mise en \u0153uvre. Nous sommes reconnaissants du soutien du M\u00e9canisme de financement de l'OMC, le &#8220;Fonds pour la p\u00eache&#8221;, qui a permis aux Tonga d'organiser un atelier national et d'\u00e9laborer le premier inventaire des subventions \u00e0 la p\u00eache des Tonga, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 respecter nos obligations \u00e0 l'OMC et \u00e0 promouvoir une gestion durable des p\u00eaches.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Le Fonds pour la p\u00eache a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 sous\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wto.org\/english\/tratop_e\/rulesneg_e\/fish_e\/fish_factsheet_e.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Article 7 de l&#8217;Accord sur les subventions \u00e0 la p\u00eache<\/a> fournir une assistance technique cibl\u00e9e et un renforcement des capacit\u00e9s pour aider les Membres en d\u00e9veloppement et les PMA \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre l'Accord. H\u00e9berg\u00e9 \u00e0 l'OMC, le Fonds fonctionne en coop\u00e9ration avec l'Organisation des Nations Unies pour l'alimentation et l'agriculture (FAO), le Fonds international de d\u00e9veloppement agricole (FIDA) et le Groupe de la Banque mondiale.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">Le deuxi\u00e8me appel \u00e0 propositions du Fonds s'est cl\u00f4tur\u00e9 le 8 mai et les nouvelles subventions approuv\u00e9es devraient \u00eatre annonc\u00e9es en juillet 2026. \u00c0 ce jour, les contributions et engagements totaux au Fonds pour la p\u00eache de l'OMC de la part de 18 Membres ont atteint 15,7 millions de francs suisses, soit l'\u00e9quivalent de plus de 20 millions de dollars des \u00c9tats-Unis. Les Membres contributeurs sont l'Allemagne, l'Australie, le Canada, les \u00c9mirats arabes unis, l'Espagne, la Finlande, la France, l'Islande, le Japon, le Liechtenstein, le Royaume-Uni, la
