Les chiffres du Bureau de la fonction publique montrent que 36 administrateurs ont quitt\u00e9 le gouvernement en 2025-26, soit une augmentation de 33 % par rapport aux 27 de l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n
Parmi les d\u00e9parts, 20 ont d\u00e9missionn\u00e9, contre 18 en 2024-25, tandis que les d\u00e9parts \u00e0 la retraite sont pass\u00e9s de 9 \u00e0 15, dont 14 au niveau de la direction.<\/p>\n
Ce chiffre a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 33 enregistr\u00e9s en 2023-24, mais est rest\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieur au pic r\u00e9cent de 49 en 2022-23.<\/p>\n
Le grade d'administrateur, qui compte 755 fonctionnaires dans ses rangs, est responsable de la formulation des politiques dans les bureaux et d\u00e9partements.<\/p>\n
Ce grade constitue l'\u00e9pine dorsale du pipeline de leadership du gouvernement, les administrateurs pouvant acc\u00e9der au rang le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de secr\u00e9taire permanent.<\/p>\n
En revanche, le gaspillage global de la fonction publique a diminu\u00e9 de 9 % pour atteindre 7 506 en 2025-26, contre 8 288 l'ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
