Les outils d'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduits aupr\u00e8s des cadres dirigeants, des responsables op\u00e9rationnels et des professionnels en contact avec les \u00e9tudiants dans toute l'organisation en 2026. Les niveaux de personnel et les heures de travail sont rest\u00e9s stables sur la p\u00e9riode \u00e9tudi\u00e9e. Moins de lourdeur administrative.<\/p>\n<p>Cette attente fa\u00e7onne la mani\u00e8re dont de nombreuses organisations d\u00e9cident si l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative \u00ab fonctionne \u00bb \u2014 et pourquoi elles sont souvent d\u00e9\u00e7ues lorsque les agendas ne se lib\u00e8rent pas soudainement.<\/p>\n<p>Mais pour notre organisation, les gains de temps se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s \u00eatre le mauvais indicateur \u00e0 surveiller.<\/p>\n<p>Ce que nous avons observ\u00e9 au sein d'un grand \u00e9tablissement public d'enseignement sup\u00e9rieur, le Community College de Philadelphie, n'\u00e9tait pas moins de travail, mais un travail qui <em>a chang\u00e9 de forme<\/em>. Lorsque l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative est entr\u00e9e dans les flux de travail quotidiens de notre organisation en 2026, la coordination n'a pas disparu. Elle s'est d\u00e9plac\u00e9e des r\u00e9unions vers l'\u00e9criture, de la clarification vers des premi\u00e8res versions plus claires, des d\u00e9lib\u00e9rations aller-retour vers une cl\u00f4ture plus rapide des d\u00e9cisions.<\/p>\n<p>Pour comprendre ce qui a vraiment chang\u00e9, nous avons examin\u00e9 comment trois des r\u00f4les professionnels au sein d'une unit\u00e9 administrative \u2014 les cadres dirigeants, les responsables op\u00e9rationnels et les professionnels en contact avec les \u00e9tudiants \u2014 ont travaill\u00e9 pendant la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de six semaines sur quatre ann\u00e9es diff\u00e9rentes. Ce qui est apparu n'\u00e9tait pas une histoire d'automatisation rempla\u00e7ant les personnes. C'\u00e9tait une histoire sur la fa\u00e7on dont le travail est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9, accompli et transmis.<\/p>\n<p>Cette distinction est importante. Les organisations qui jugent l'IA uniquement en fonction des heures \u00e9conomis\u00e9es risquent de passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des v\u00e9ritables gains et de se sentir d\u00e9\u00e7ues par l'IA, m\u00eame lorsqu'elle fait tranquillement ce qu'elle est cens\u00e9e faire.<\/p>\n<h3>Les gains de l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative pour trois groupes<\/h3>\n<p>Les outils d'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative sont apparus dans le travail quotidien de notre coll\u00e8ge en 2026. Pour comprendre l'impact de l'IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative sur les trois groupes de professionnels, nous avons examin\u00e9 la m\u00eame fen\u00eatre de six semaines chaque ann\u00e9e (du 1er f\u00e9vrier au 15 mars), en comparant le travail en 2026 avec les sch\u00e9mas des trois ann\u00e9es pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes.<\/p>\n<p>Nous n'avons pas demand\u00e9 : \u00ab \u00c0 quelle vitesse les gens travaillaient-ils ? \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons demand\u00e9 : \u00ab Quel type de travail produisaient-ils ? \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que les niveaux de personnel et les heures de travail sont rest\u00e9s essentiellement les m\u00eames sur les quatre ann\u00e9es, toutes les diff\u00e9rences observ\u00e9es refl\u00e9taient des changements dans la mani\u00e8re dont le travail \u00e9tait effectu\u00e9, et non des changements de capacit\u00e9. <\/p>\n<div class=\"article-authors\" id=\"article-authors\">\n<h4 class=\"article-authors__title\">\u00c0 propos des auteurs<\/h4>\n<div class=\"article-authors__bio\">\n<p>Vishal Shah est doyen de la Division des math\u00e9matiques, des sciences et des carri\u00e8res de la sant\u00e9 au Community College de Philadelphie.
