A fifth person was feared dead and a sixth unaccounted for.<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">\u201cThis case was an extremely unusual situation, even by Japan\u2019s historical weather \u200cstandards,\u201d Chiba Governor Toshihito Kumagai told reporters on Friday morning. \u201cI have responded to many disasters in the \u200cpast, but \u200cI have never experienced a case like this.\u201d<\/p>\n<p datatype=\"p\" data-qa=\"Component-Component\" class=\"e8zc9q40 css-1c6uqr6 ec74h0k1\">The transport disruption left around \u200c7,000 people stranded at Narita, an airport spokesperson said, adding that all \u2060flights are scheduled to operate normally on Friday.
