\u7684AI\u5b9e\u9a8c\u548c\u8bd5\u70b9\u9879\u76ee\u540e\uff0c\u5bf9\u5927\u591a\u6570\u516c\u53f8\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e00\u4e2a\u5173\u952e\u95ee\u9898\u4ecd\u7136\u60ac\u800c\u672a\u51b3\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u4ece\u6240\u6709\u8fd9\u4e9bAI\u6295\u8d44\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u4e86\u591a\u5c11\u56de\u62a5\u2014\u2014\u4ee5\u53ca\u4f55\u79cd\u56de\u62a5\uff1f\u5bf9\u8bb8\u591a\u9ad8\u7ba1\u6765\u8bf4\uff0cAI\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u7387\u5f80\u5f80\u66f4\u50cf\u4e00\u95e8\u827a\u672f\u800c\u975e\u79d1\u5b66\uff1a\u96be\u4ee5\u6349\u6478\u3001\u4e0d\u7cbe\u786e\u4e14\u4f9d\u8d56\u884c\u4e1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u57fa\u51c6\u6d4b\u8bd5\u63cf\u7ed8\u4e86\u4e00\u5e45\u5173\u4e8e\u5f53\u524d\u56de\u62a5\u7684\u6df7\u4e71\u56fe\u666f\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u6307\u5bfc\u4e5f\u4ecd\u4fa7\u91cd\u4e8e\u8861\u91cf\u6295\u5165\u2014\u2014\u9f13\u52b1\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6295\u8d44\u3001\u5b9e\u9a8c\u548c\u5efa\u8bbe\u80fd\u529b\uff08\u201c\u4f60\u5e94\u8be5\u6295\u8d44\u4e8e\u2026\u2026\u201d\uff09\u2014\u2014\u800c\u975e\u5173\u6ce8\u4ea7\u51fa\u4ee5\u53ca\u5982\u4f55\u8bc4\u4f30\u5f71\u54cd\uff08\u201c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u8861\u91cf\u7ed3\u679c\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u201d\uff09\u3002\u5982\u4eca\uff0c\u5f88\u5c11\u6709\u516c\u53f8\u50cf\u5bf9\u5f85\u65b0\u5de5\u5382\u6216\u65b0\u673a\u5668\u90a3\u6837\uff0c\u5bf9\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5e94\u7528\u540c\u6837\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u7eaa\u5f8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u6765\u81ea\u4e0d\u540c\u884c\u4e1a\u768430\u591a\u4f4dCEO\u548c\u9ad8\u7ea7\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u7684\u8bbf\u8c08\u8bc1\u5b9e\uff0c\u8861\u91cfAI\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u7387\u8fdc\u975e\u6807\u51c6\u505a\u6cd5\uff1a\u4e24\u5bb6\u505a\u51fa\u51e0\u4e4e\u76f8\u540c\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee5\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5b9a\u4e49\u6210\u529f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u90a3\u4e9b\u672a\u80fd\u660e\u786eAI\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u7387\u65b9\u6cd5\u2014\u2014\u6216\u53ea\u662f\u63a8\u51fa\u901a\u7528AI\u5de5\u5177\u5e76\u5e0c\u671b\u83b7\u5f97\u751f\u4ea7\u529b\u63d0\u5347\u2014\u2014\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5f88\u5c11\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u53ef\u4fe1\u4e14\u6301\u4e45\u7684\u56de\u62a5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u7387\u7684\u8861\u91cf\u56e0\u6240\u4f7f\u7528\u7684AI\u6280\u672f\u7c7b\u578b\u800c\u5f02\u3002 <a href=\"https:\/\/sloanreview.mit.edu\/article\/when-to-use-genai-versus-predictive-ai\/\">\u5206\u6790\u578bAI\u9879\u76ee<\/a>\u901a\u5e38\u57fa\u4e8e\u9884\u6d4b\u548c\u4f18\u5316\u7b49\u6210\u719f\u7684\u673a\u5668\u5b66\u4e60\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u5f80\u5f80\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u66f4\u76f4\u63a5\u53ef\u5f52\u56e0\u7684\u8d22\u52a1\u56de\u62a5\uff0c\u4f46\u901a\u5e38\u5e94\u7528\u4e8e\u76ee\u6807\u660e\u786e\u3001\u5b9a\u4e49\u6e05\u6670\u7684\u7528\u4f8b\u3002\u76f8\u6bd4\u4e4b\u4e0b\uff0c\u751f\u6210\u5f0fAI\u5177\u6709\u5e7f\u6cdb\u9002\u7528\u6027\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u80fd\u6267\u884c\u4ee5\u524d\u7531\u4eba\u7c7b\u5b8c\u6210\u7684\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u77e5\u8bc6\u5de5\u4f5c\u4efb\u52a1\u3002GenAI\u5de5\u5177\u901a\u5e38\u80fd\u63d0\u5347\u5de5\u4f5c\u901f\u5ea6\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u6216\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u523b\u610f\u8f6c\u5316\u4e3a\u8d22\u52a1\u5f71\u54cd\u3002\u4e00\u4e9b\u516c\u53f8\u8fd8\u4f1a\u4ee5\u5b9a\u5236\u65b9\u5f0f\u7ed3\u5408\u5206\u6790\u578b\u548c\u751f\u6210\u5f0fAI\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n<p>AI\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u7387\u4e5f\u9ad8\u5ea6\u4f9d\u8d56\u884c\u4e1a\u80cc\u666f\u3002\u5728\u6d88\u8d39\u54c1\u884c\u4e1a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u901a\u8fc7\u4f7f\u7528\u5206\u6790\u578bAI\u7b80\u5316\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u9700\u6c42\u54cd\u5e94\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u800c\u4f7f\u7528\u751f\u6210\u5f0fAI\u7684B2B\u8425\u9500\u673a\u6784\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u5173\u6ce8\u521b\u610f\u4ea7\u51fa\u548c\u6784\u601d\u3001\u63d0\u6848\u4e2d\u6807\u7387\u6216\u6f5c\u5728\u5ba2\u6237\u8f6c\u5316\u7387\u2014\u2014\u8fd9\u662f\u5bf9\u201c\u56de\u62a5\u201d\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u5b9a\u4e49\u3002<\/p>\n<h3>\u5b9e\u73b0\u5207\u5b9eAI\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u7387\u7684\u4e09\u79cd\u9014\u5f84<\/h3>\n<p>\u6839\u636e\u6211\u4eec\u5bf9\u9ad8\u7ba1\u7684\u8bbf\u8c08\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u786e\u5b9a\u4e86\u4e09\u79cd\u8861\u91cf\u548c\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6295\u8d44\u56de\u62a5\u7387\u7684\u5b9e\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u65b9\u6cd5\u53cd\u6620\u4e86\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6210\u719f\u5ea6\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u6c34\u5e73\u4ee5\u53ca\u5404\u5f02\u7684\u6218\u7565\u610f\u56fe\u3002<\/p>\n<div
