A federal judge dismissed US President Donald Trump’s US$10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal and Rupert Murdoch on Monday over a story on his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. US District Judge Darrin P Gayles in Florida wrote in the order that Trump had failed to make the argument that the article was published with the intent to be malicious but gave the president a chance to file an amended complaint. Maisy Ho, daughter of late tycoon Stanley Ho, dies age 57

Maisy Ho Chiu-ha, a daughter of late Hong Kong and Macau tycoon Stanley Ho Hung-sun, died on Sunday, her family has announced. Siblings Pansy, Josie and Lawrence Ho revealed the news in a statement, but stopped short of revealing the circumstances behind her death. Maisy Ho, 57, held the position of executive director at the family business, Shun Tak Holdings. She joined the company in 1996 and oversaw the strategic planning and operations of the property management division and the firm’s retail and merchandising wing.
